This policy applies to all visitors and users of charleslabelle.com and anyone who purchases a product, signs up for a newsletter, or books a consultation through any CLaB3 channel. Charles LaBelle, operating as CLaB3, is the data controller based in France. GDPR applies.

No sensitive personal data is collected. Payment processing is handled entirely by Gumroad and is not stored by CLaB3.

4. How Data Is Used
Your data is used only for the purpose for which it was provided: replying to messages, delivering course access, sending newsletters you subscribed to, and booking appointments. Your data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties outside of the service providers listed below.
5. Third-Party Processors
Data passes through the following platforms, each acting as a data processor:
- Netlify: form submissions
- Gumroad: course purchases
- Beehiiv / Substack: newsletter
- Cal.com: bookings
Each processor has its own privacy policy and data practices. CLaB3 has selected providers that maintain reasonable data security standards but is not responsible for their independent processing activities.
6. Your Rights Under GDPR
As a user based in the EU, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data held about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent at any time (for example, by unsubscribing from the newsletter)
- Lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL) at cnil.fr

7. Data Retention
Data is retained only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected. Newsletter subscribers retain their data until they unsubscribe. Contact form submissions are held for up to 12 months. Course purchase records may be retained longer for accounting and legal compliance.
