When a piece of writing, a framework, or a research finding is directly relevant to your work, I send it, not as homework but as a resource you can use or ignore.

You also get 12 months of access to the CLaB3 content library, covering identity in organizations, systemic leadership, the psychodynamics of change, and AI integration.

This is not a program with a fixed curriculum. It is a working relationship with a clear start, a clear end, and a clear purpose. You decide what matters most; we go there together. Engagements are kept to a small number at a time so the work can go deep.
